Open Face Scrambed Egg/Vegetable Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

Breakfast this morning was simple, but tasty. I toasted a piece of multi-grain bread, made an EggBeater omelet about the size of the toast, and sauteed some vegetarian sausage.
Than I put the sausage on the toast, then the omelet, and then a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

This made a quick and tasty breakfast.
