Reptile Pizza

Last night I marinated a pound of alligator, chopped it up into small bites, sauteed it and then rushed the meat to a local pizza place where the manager knows me pretty well. He put the alligator on a veggie pizza (mostly sauce and only a little cheese) and put it in the oven. My dog and I enjoyed the alligator pizza.
